• Applicants must have successfully completed a Degree examination or an equivalent examination from a recognized University.
• Typing Speed: To qualify for the speed test at 100 words per minute in English and 90 words per minute in languages (Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi), candidates must have successfully completed a speed test at 80 words per minute in English and 70 words per minute in languages (Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi) conducted by a Board authorized and acknowledged by the Government.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 38 years of age as of January 1, 2023.
• Duration of Relaxation Other Backward Classes (OBC)/More Other Backward Classes (MOBC) 3 years
• Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) (Plains) & (Hills) 5 years
