- For Senior Manager : Graduate with CA or ICWA with a minimum of 12 years Of Professional qualification executive experience inline in a PSU/ large Private Sector Organization out of which 04 Years should be in a managerial Position.
- For Deputy Manager (Finance) : Graduate with CA or ICWA with a minimum of 8 years Of Professional qualification executive experience.
- For Dy.General Manager [Technical): Full-time Degree in Engineering with 16 years post-qualification relevant Executive Experience.
- For Chief Manager (Chemical) : Full-time B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 14 years post qualification relevant executive experience.
- For Chief Manager (Instrumentation) : Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with 14 years post qualification relevant executive experience.
- For Manager (Safety) : Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology (preferably Chemical engineering) with a degree/ diploma in industrial safety recognized by the Central/State Government with 10 years post-qualification relevant executive experience.
- For Engineer (Chemical) : Full-time B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 03 years of post-qualification executive experience.
- For Engineer(BOE) : Full time B E/ B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg)/ in any discipline. BOE (Boiler Operation
